MedStudy’s medstudy brand has been widely available since 2015, and has attracted nearly 60 million customers, the statement said.
Its main competitor, a competitor to MedStudy, is Medstudy’s branded supplements.
The company said it’s working with several of the companies it has sued to resolve the matter.
Medstudy said in its statement that it would continue to work with its suppliers to improve its products, which it said are currently being manufactured at a factory in China.
It’s not the first time that MedStudy has been hit with a class action lawsuit.
Last year, a class of more than 5,000 consumers filed a class-action lawsuit against the company alleging that it did not adequately warn consumers of a potential health risk.
