MANCHESTER, N.H. — A man charged with sexual assault of a woman in a New Hampshire hospital has been arraigned on a second-degree sexual assault charge, according to a news release from the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the release, the incident happened around 4:30 p.m.
Monday at St. Mary’s Hospital in Manchester.
The Cumberland Attorney’s Office says they were notified about the case by a concerned citizen, who reported the assault to police.
The man has been charged with the second-offense sexual assault count, and is being held at the Cumberlands District Attorney’s office until he is arraigned.
